- Outside service area or other funding arrangements may incur additional travel charges (quoted case-by-case)
Cancellations
Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee (equal to the scheduled session rate)

- DVA (Gold and White Cards – where approved)
- Medicare CDM/EPC Plans (rebate for eligible clients)
- Private Health Insurance (check with your fund)
- Commonwealth Home Care Packages
